| I received the following sad news about our long-time friend and
associate, Alex Vergara.
Alex had been fighting a long battle with cancer and I am glad he was feeling well enough to attend the last reunion as it was so good to see him. Thanks to Drago for passing the news along and for providing the details on his funeral. Best regards, |

Hi Steve, On Sunday morning, July 23rd, Alex Vergara went to be with the Lord. He was a good Christian man and we know that he's in a better place now and not suffering from his illness any more.
The funeral will be on August 4th, at 1:00 p.m. Location: Rose Hills Memorial Park and Mortuary Address: 3888 South Workman Mill Road Whittier, CA 90601
